How to send a parcel via Omniva
Photo first
Send photos or video by WhatsApp or e-mail with the repair description. We give a price guide before you send.
Open the carrier self-service
Create the shipment on the carrier website or app. Some parcels can also be booked at the terminal.
Fill in the details
The recipient is Õmbluslabor and the destination is the parcel locker we confirm. We send exact details in conversation.
Pay for the label
Pay online or at the terminal and use the barcode from e-mail or app.
Drop off the parcel
Choose the correct size, place the parcel in the locker and close the door.
Track the parcel
Keep the tracking code. We collect the parcel after arrival notification.

Yes, if the job does not require fitting on a person. Send photos first so we can confirm suitability.
Do I need to print the label?
Usually you can use the barcode from e-mail or app. The exact method depends on the carrier and booking flow.
Which size should I choose?
Choose by garment and packaging size. If unsure, take one size larger.
How long is the parcel stored in the locker?
Visits and fittings from 2 November. After reopening: Storage time depends on the carrier. We collect the parcel as soon as possible after notification.
Can I send several garments together?
Please arrange visits or sending garments with us in advance. Yes. Include a note describing the task for each item.
